Learning about fire safety!
Sent from my iPodThank you to Steve and smokey the bear for teaching us about fire safety. Smokey asked the kids to see if they have a smoke detector in their room and how to get our of a room if the door is too hot to touch! Talk about it with your child!!

Graphing our Favorite Shape
Today for our math lesson, we graphed our favorite shape! After we completed this activity as a class, the students had a math page to color and to read the graph. Ask your child about the graph (which has the most and least).
COWS
Today we had the COWS (Computer on Wheels) come to our room. With Map testing starting, we are unable to go to the computer lab. We are so lucky to have a portable computer lab on wheels to use in our classroom! Here is a picture of us working on reading eggs!
New Centers
Today we started a few new center activities.
1. Candyland with the Alphabet
2. ABC match and clip
3. Stamping sight words in play-dough
4. Stamping beginning sounds
